To control the car and engine, clutch and brake pedals had been salvaged from 02 Camaro SS along with clutch master cylinder however brake booster and master cylinder came from 04 corvette.
As the pedals included cable driven accelerator pedal and we are going for drive-by-wire setup the accelerator pedal had been removed and in its place we are using matching electric pedal to the PCM. Additionally clutch arm had been altered to clear steering shaft by cutting it at the bend and welding in an inch of steel into the arm so that it is moved to the left. Since the entire assembly sits lower than in the Camaro both arms had been shortened by 2 inches.

With the firewall being vertical and not having same contours as the Corvette firewall, we had to make adjustment in mounting bracket for the brake booster so that the hydraulic reservoir and master cylinder would be at same angle as in corvette. We had cut the bracket just below side windows in the bracket and expanded the cut area then welded in a small triangular/ trapezoid piece of 14ga sheet metal, matched contour as mutch ass possible. Secondly as the pivot point for connecting rod on brake pedal does not match between the 2 components it was relocated to new location by grinding down the head drilling new hole in the pedal arm and then welding the pin in.
