Interior of the cabin was made in similar fashion as the body with foam backing and plaster on top to make up the harder surface. Some sections where made up of smaller pieces then attached together with plaster to make a single larger part.  Some parts where made of smaller parts due to how they where fastened while modeling then attached together for final section where a smaller mold was pulled then either cut up and carved provisioning recesses and mounting areas where made then again molds where made from them where 3 or 4 individual molds were made.

Dash pad
The process started with dash pad a year earlier to get the general layout and shape of the dash with easy access to the very front bottom of the windshield. With a vary sloped glass this meant that the surface of the dash pad had to be sloped and dropped in order to reach corners.

Kick panels

Rocker panels
While in midts of still making other panels a thought had occured, Would it be nice to have the plugs for rockers and then once the seat bels and door strikers are finalized do rest do the B pillar trim and back of the seat and rest of the rear firewall. Not spending to much tought on it a rough foam was carved and rockers where starting to take shape. Right one was easy as it was flat with small curve up on the back close to B pillar.  left one took a bit of measurments and more carving as it had to incorporate handbrake mechanism and still be comfortable to put hand on the handle and pull it up. But also not be too thick and protrude too far into the cabin and interfere with seat.  As the kick panels aready had recesses made, surfacing and shaping of right side was quick. Left side because it had to be much thinner and weight of the plug it was cracking while handling it where it would break in half. However once general shape and even thicknes were established, it was decided to back fill back side to make it thicker and embed rods inside lenght wise so that it could not crack.  With number of chips and cracks the left rocker was finished while making it very thick and using more plaster then necessary however the final product was worth IT.
