Cluster display electronics has been divided into 2 main boards, display board and power supply board which is monted on back of display board. Third optional mezzanine security board mounted on back of power supply which will provide security, GPS position tracking and communication.
The display board is self contained system with 33kb single wire and fast 400kb CAN busses interfacing to ECM and BCM busses acting as a bridge in between them.





The power supply board, is just that. It provides regulated power to the display and mezzanine boards depending on ignition key position. Current sensors provide feedback to the display board for processing on how much power its using / converting.
